Day 1 - Arrival and Wildlife Adventures
1:00 PM - Check-In & Settling In: Arrive at the resort, check-in, and take some time to freshen up and relax.
1:30 PM - 3:00 PM - Lunch at Gol Ghar: Enjoy a delicious lunch at Gol Ghar, offering a mix of local and international flavors.
3:15 PM - 3:30 PM - Tea/Coffee Break: Refresh yourself with a hot cup of tea or coffee before embarking on your next adventure.
3:30 PM - 6:15 PM - Wildlife Safari: Our expert naturalists will guide you on a thrilling wildlife safari in the Kali Tiger Reserve, or you can enjoy a serene Coracle Ride along the Kali River. Discover the jungle's vibrant ecosystem and wildlife.
6:30 PM - 7:15 PM - Evening Tea/Coffee: Enjoy a peaceful tea or coffee break back at Gol Ghar, taking in the beautiful surroundings.
7:30 PM - 8:15 PM - Wildlife Documentary: Relax and watch an engaging wildlife documentary at the conference hall, learning more about the creatures of Dandeli.

Day 2 - Nature Walk and Adventure Activities
6:00 AM - 6:30 AM - Wake-Up Call & Morning Beverage: Begin your day with a refreshing cup of tea or coffee, preparing for the exciting adventures ahead.
7:00 AM - 8:15 AM - Nature Walk or Birdwatching: Join our naturalists for a nature walk or birdwatching session, exploring Dandeli’s diverse flora and fauna while gaining valuable insights.
8:30 AM - 9:00 AM - Breakfast: Return to the camp for a hearty breakfast to fuel up for the day.
9:00 AM - 10:00 AM - Coracle Ride: Take a tranquil Coracle ride on the Kali River, immersing yourself in nature’s beauty.
10:30 AM - Departure or Additional Adventure: If you're departing, we look forward to welcoming you back. Alternatively, if you’re staying longer, consider thrilling whitewater rafting in the morning or extend your stay to fully experience Dandeli’s natural wonders.
Important Notes & Tariffs
Tariffs: The rates are per person per night on a twin-sharing basis.
Transfers: Transfers to and from our homestays are not included in the tariff.
Single Occupancy: Single occupancy charges apply for guests preferring a private room.
Child Tariff: Children aged 5 to 12 years receive a 50% discount when accompanied by parents.
Tariff Changes: Please note that tariffs may be subject to change without prior notice, so we recommend confirming details when booking.
Payment, Cancellation, and Postponement Policies
Bank Details:
Account Holder:
A 100% advance is required for booking confirmation.
All cancellation requests must be submitted via email or in writing if booked at our office in Bangalore.
Cancellation Charges:
- 10% of the tariff if cancelled 2 or more weeks before the check-in date/time.
- 50% of the tariff if cancelled between 48 hours to 2 weeks before check-in date/time.
- No refund if cancelled less than 48 hours before check-in date/time.
Postponement / Preponement Policies:
- One free postponement or preponement if requested 2 or more weeks before check-in date/time (no further changes or cancellations allowed after the first request).
- 10% of the tariff if requested between 48 hours to 2 weeks before check-in date/time.
- 50% of the tariff if requested within 24 hours to 48 hours before check-in date/time.
- No modifications allowed if requested within 24 hours of check-in.

Smoking is prohibited as it can lead to forest fires.
You’ll be outdoors most of the time—remember to pack essentials such as a hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, and a torch.
